Hiking short canyon.
Hike up short canyon with Kalie and Brad, just west of Ridgecrest. No dogs this time as it was too hot and the chance of snake encounters is increasing. We had a great time!

Amtrak
Yesterday Lyric and I practiced training at the train station while waiting for Kalie’s arrival. Fountains, running children, large noisy buses, and of course the trains. Great outing!

Desert blinds
Willie and I were working on some blind retrieve drills today between veterinary appointments. The desert is much more colorful than usual, this is just south east of town!
